Yes they are once the Karma is sorted out. One must work on themselves to become whole within before they can reunite with their other self. The other self goes through their own experiences in life, often times their experiences parallel ours. Most people these days have a twin that's born in the same time period as each other and will be physically reunited soon. It's said by the year 2012. At any rate the twins will share similar experiences, and even look similar to each other. Meeting before your ready could be painful or even disasterous but it won't end the relationship. They mirror us. When we think we've worked out all our Karmic issues, they reveal to us what we have yet to work on. Twins will end up together regardless.
