Scorpio moons are more like "the deep, underground springs and rivers." They still "flow," but in an undercurrent, underground way. They feel the movement, but their emotional state is not detected by others because it is kept from view.
These people can be a "wellspring" to others once they have gained their trust and choose to open up their resevoir, but not until then. They can also "boil and bubble" like a geiser when they are heated in their emotions, so watch out how you try them!
When a Scorpio moon has evolved, they can exhibit an incredible amount of depth, and empathy to those who are suffering emotionally and truly be a healing balm for those who are deeply troubled. Their emotional understanding is also psychic, and can reach out and touch another without words, but have an incredible impact. When they don't get passed their own issues, and harbor deeply held resentments, resisting healing and transformation, then they become susceptible to illness due to these internalized emotional "poisons."
I dont know who wrote this but its beautiful!

Re: Scorpio moons are more like....
Sat, May 10, 2008 - 6:54 AMYes, everything said here is very true!! Maybe scorpio moons have suffered alot in the past life or this life, so they understand other people's pains.
But who can heal scorpio mooners?? Can other scorpio mooners heal a scorpio mooner? Or can cancer mooner heal a scorpio mooner?? I wonder. -

Re: Scorpio moons are more like....
Sat, May 10, 2008 - 9:10 AM"But who can heal Scorpio mooners?"
Themselves - and ONLY themselves.
The Phoenix legend, regeneration in a fire and crucible of its own making, is connected with Scorpio for that reason.
A Scorpio Moon may seek advice, information, etc. but will almost never accept proffered "help".
Stravinsky got it right in the "Firebird Suite" -

Re: Scorpio moons are more like....
Sat, May 10, 2008 - 9:48 AMDon't know Stravinsky's Firebird Suite, but am in total agreement with Edward. -

Sat, May 10, 2008 - 6:44 PMHere's a link: www.youtube.com/watch
This is the finale. As it begins the Firebird has already been consumed by the flames.
In the glow of embers, a phrase begins, regeneration is taking place.
Over the next three minutes a new Firebird emerges, powerful and triumphant.
The orchestra gets a workout. In the hall the ending is as loud as any Rock Concert.
OK, I'm into live Classical music. If you (anyone who reads this) have never been to a symphonic performance, give it a try. Pick something powerful, Stravinsky, Wagner, or Bach's Ode to Joy. -

Sun, May 11, 2008 - 10:49 AMEdward,
Thanks for th link and tip re watching Stravinsky et al. I'll check it out. I also love live classical concerts. Once I attended the Hanoi Opera House to hear this young boy play the dan. I was astounded. The music was beautiful, and I was mesmerized by his playing. I could have watched him all night. He was in another world, expressing all kinds of emotions with every sound he produced. It was magnificent. <Sigh.>

Re: Scorpio moons are more like....
Sat, May 10, 2008 - 11:07 AMi have a question; so the whole scorpio/eagle death and rebirth thing... does it also apply to moon signs as well? i thought it was only for sun signs... -
-
Re: Scorpio moons are more like....
Sat, May 10, 2008 - 11:10 AMWell, if you do it in your life, if you feel it , than it applies. -
-
Re: Scorpio moons are more like....
Sat, May 10, 2008 - 11:21 AMi guess it doesn't really apply to me then... i don't feel it... i don't even know what it's supposed to be like... -_-;; eh heh... -

Re: Scorpio moons are more like....
Sat, May 10, 2008 - 11:30 AMMaybe ,if at one point your life comes to a crucial point, where your subconscieus self realize that old way of doing thing is not working for you anymore, its like your old self is not taking you anywhere, that is a point of life or death.
You will either accept a challenge and do dieing and rebirth par, and you will be a phoenix.Or if you refuse the neccesary change, if you refuse to eliminate "garbage"part of your self, you will live as a plant :)
But in my experience its a subconscieus process,i cant force my self to "die and be born again" any day -

Re: Scorpio moons are more like....
Sat, May 10, 2008 - 7:28 PMTo expand on Ana's comments, and add (just for the hell of it) personal experience:
If you refuse the necessary changes, don't know if I would go so far as "live as a plant". If you refuse, you will grind away at yourself, discover the meaning of the words "depression", "frustration", "misery" and see no light at the end of the tunnel.
Unlike Ana, my subconscious makes itself known, often with vigor, demanding conscious decision and action. Usually, without providing solid information as to what TO do. Thank you very $#%@ much!
In my case there is a lot of logical weighing, and considering - then again, I am a Gemini.
My last time (there was one before) is just now in the final stages. Part of the catch phrase "Mid-life Crisis".
And a part of that process was the realization I have already lived far longer than I will live, done more than I will do,etc, etc.
I am retired, I can no longer be who I used to be. The authority, influence, the secretary, etc. are long gone. I do not want to sit in the easy chair, watch TV, and drink beer.
SO - what now?
Ain't it obvious I am older than 90% of those on Tribe. :) -
-
This is the maximum depth. Additional responses will not be threaded.
Re: Scorpio moons are more like....
Sat, May 10, 2008 - 10:31 PMthat makes sense... thanks to both of you for helping me understant that concept.
mm... i may be at this point in my academic career... old way of taking it easy and absorbing through lectures doesn't help anymore... -_-;;;
maybe it's because the professors actually don't lecture about the material, they use socratic method to confuse the hell out of you if you weren't already confused... -_-;;;
eh... it's true, i've experienced all of those feelings, depression, frustration, misery, withdrawal into my own little shell, and even physical problems... :)
i'm looking for a solution to it though... i just need more control over the process than i'm given, and that usually makes me unstable it seems.... ah... :)
"Ain't it obvious I am older than 90% of those on Tribe. :)"
hey, that means you know more about life in general... :) instead of having to ask for questions and be confused (like me), you're far ahead in understanding stuff... sorta jealous. :)
